Registration is now open! Author Registration deadline 08/31/2025. Non-author early registration 09/14/2025.
Rate discounting is offered for IEEE members and Students. Special discounted rates are available during the early registration period for the doctoral symposium. SBC members should contact the registration chair (edson@utfpr.edu.br) to obtain the code that enables the discounts. Please provide a copy of the SBC ID card.

The full conference registration gives access to all events included in the 4 days of the program, including reception and social dinner. The single-day registration provides access to all events included on that day. Social dinner is not included in the single-day registration; the reception is included in the single-day registration for October 21st.
Extra tickets for the social dinner and for the reception can be added.
Each paper included in the proceedings must be covered by an author registration, which can have an IEEE discount but not a student discount. Author registrations must be completed within the term of early registration. Non-authors and co-authors of papers already covered are allowed a reduced rate. The same registration cannot cover multiple papers.
Papers presented in the research track or in the industry track must be covered by a full conference registration. Papers presented in workshops, in the doctoral symposium, in the fast abstract track, or the journal first track, can be covered by a single day registration.
A full conference registration covers both a paper presented in the research or industry track AND a paper presented in workshops, doctoral symposium, fast abstract track, or journal first track.

Registration rates are reported in the table below. According to IEEE policy, each rate is increased by 20% for non-IEEE members. Prices are here expressed in US$ (American Dollars) as IEEE will charge them in this currency.
