Visa Requests

 

If you need an invitation letter for a Japanese visa application, please contact the Registration Chair (issre2024reg@gmail.com) as early as possible. You need full payment of the registration fee before the visa request. Please indicate "ISSRE VISA REQUEST" as an email subject and include the following information:

• Registration number
• Name
• Job title/position
• Date of birth
• Passport ID
• Country
• Affiliation
• Affiliation address
• Post address (Home)
• Paper ID (if you have an accepted paper)
• Paper title
• Paper authors

All identity information should be consistent with your passport.
