The conference registration fees are (all in JPY):

Important dates

• Author registration deadline: September 20th, 2024 (JST)
• Early-bird registration deadline: September 27th, 2024 (JST)
• Regular registration deadline: October 31st, 2024 (JST)
• Invoice/receipt download deadline: November 30th, 2024 (JST)

Registration

• The full conference registration gives access to all events in the four-day program, including receptions and banquet.
• The workshop one-day registration gives access to only workshops, including workshop reception.
• Extra tickets for receptions and banquet can be added.
• All dates are set in Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).
• The maintenance of the registration site (confit) will take place on the following dates: August 8th, September 12th, October 10th, and November 14th.

Author registration

• At least one author for each accepted paper needs to complete an author full conference registration and payment by September 20th, 2024.
• An author of a workshop paper can also choose an author workshop one-day registration if s/he attends only workshops.
• The author registration can have an IEEE/CCF discount but not a student discount.
• The same registration cannot cover multiple papers.

Non-author registration

• Discounted early-bird registration rates will be offered until September 27th, 2024. Payment is required by this day.
• Rate discounting is offered for students.
• Co-authors of the papers already covered by author registrations are allowed non-author registrations.

Cancellation Policy

• All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to issre2024reg@gmail.com.
• There will be an administrative fee of 10% deducted from each refund before September 30th, 2024.
• We will refund 50% of the registration payment amount if you cancel before October 25th, 2024.
• There will be no refund for registrations canceled after October 25th, 2024.
