General Advice

In order to reserve a room, we suggest participants of the conference to book a lodging through the website Booking.com for hotels, and Airbnb for private houses for short rentals.

As general advice, it would be best to find a location near (or connected via public transport to) the tram line T1.3. The venue is at walking distance (15 minutes) from the terminal of T1.3 tram (stop "Careggi - Ospedale"). An ISSRE'23 shuttle service to the venue is provided from the Hotel Corolle parking (T1.3 tram stop "Careggi - Ospedale"), with intermediate stop close to the T1.3 terminal.

The city center may offer a wider range of lodging options, but it is recommended to consider the venue reachability while selecting a lodging option (either with public or private transport).

Please note that Florence, famous for its historical and cultural sites, can get quite busy. It is therefore recommended to seek a lodging solution as soon as possible.
